ABOUT
~ Alan Watts
"The purpose of life is to be alive."

Maybe it's pain.
Maybe it's anxiety.
Maybe it's exhaustion.
Maybe it's the feeling that you've lost yourself somewhere along the way.
Maybe you've become so good at holding everything together that no one realizes how heavy it feels.

Whatever form it takes, carrying too much
for too long has a way of shrinking life.

You stop doing certain things.
You put dreams on hold.
You conserve your energy.
You adjust.
You cope.
You survive.
Little by little, your world becomes smaller.
Overtime, it can start to feel like:
-
You're managing your body instead of living in it
-
Adjusting your life around how you feel
-
Doing everything right… but something still feels missing
-
Wondering if this is simply how life is now

Life feels different when you’re
no longer carrying it all alone.
Sometimes it isn't that something is missing.
Sometimes you've simply been carrying things your mind and body were never meant to hold on to forever.
